C\u00e1c kho\u00e1ng ch\u1ea5t g\u1ed3m calcium, phosphor, s\u1eaft; c\u00e1c vitamin nh\u01b0 carotene, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin v\u00e0 vitamin C.
