Rau m\u00f9i l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t lo\u1ea1i rau th\u01a1m quen thu\u1ed9c trong \u1ea9m th\u1ef1c Vi\u1ec7t Nam. Rau m\u00f9i c\u00f3 v\u1ecb th\u01a1m nh\u1eb9 v\u00e0 h\u01a1i \u0111\u1eafng, th\u01b0\u1eddng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c d\u00f9ng \u0111\u1ec3 trang tr\u00ed ho\u1eb7c th\u00eam h\u01b0\u01a1ng v\u1ecb cho c\u00e1c m\u00f3n \u0103n. Rau m\u00f9i c\u00f3 t\u00ean khoa h\u1ecdc l\u00e0 Coriandrum sativum, thu\u1ed9c h\u1ecd Hoa t\u00e1n (Apiaceae). Theo b\u1ea3ng Th\u00e0nh ph\u1ea7n th\u1ef1c ph\u1ea9m Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u2013 B\u1ed9 Y t\u1ebf, trong 100g l\u00e1 rau m\u00f9i c\u00f3 ch\u1ee9a 86,3% n\u01b0\u1edbc; 3,3% protid; 0,6% lipid; 2,3% vitamin v\u00e0 kho\u00e1ng ch\u1ea5t vi l\u01b0\u1ee3ng; 1,2% ch\u1ea5t x\u01a1 v\u00e0 6,3% \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng. C\u00e1c kho\u00e1ng ch\u1ea5t g\u1ed3m calcium, phosphor, s\u1eaft; c\u00e1c vitamin nh\u01b0 carotene, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin v\u00e0 vitamin C. Ngo\u00e0i ra, rau m\u00f9i c\u00f2n ch\u1ee9a h\u00e0m l\u01b0\u1ee3ng cao axit b\u00e9o omega 3 v\u00e0 omega 6, c\u0169ng nh\u01b0 tinh d\u1ea7u cilantro (65 \u2013 70%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
